YES YES YES, WE ARE REFORMATING THE BASE COMPLETLY!
The Leaders have decided that having a "hang-out" base isn't that functional, or smart, because we waste a whole lot of prestige and time.
So now we are making a FUNCTIONAL BASE! We just need about 50,000 more prestige, and we'll have medbays, and teleporters!
Go work for Prestige!
